I can guarantee that 90% of your potential clients (CEOs of B2B companies) have no clue what you’re talking about.
The only type of person that will be able to get value from it is another cold email guy.
But if you go "How to generate 14% more revenue from outbound without any extra costs or work:" and then you present deliverability & spintax as the mechanism...
